Central European interest in Lapland increases in winter – direct flights from Paris, Düsseldorf, Munich and Riga to Kittilä

Air France, Eurowings, Lufthansa and Air Baltic will fly to Kittilä next winter.

Eurowings and Air France will start direct flights from Düsseldorf and Paris to Kittilä in December.

Eurowings will fly to Kittilä for the first time from Düsseldorf on Christmas Eve. Flights will continue once a week on Saturdays until March 25.

Air France flights between Paris and Kittilä start on December 10th and continue until March 12th.

Kittilä–Paris flights are already on sale on Air France’s website. The price of a one-way ticket from Kittilä to Paris was 135 euros today.

According to airlines, demand from Central Europe to Lapland has increased. Most of the people who arrived in Levi and Ylläs from Central Europe last winter were British, French and Dutch.

Lufthansa and Air Baltic will also fly to Kittilä next winter. Both companies fly to Kittilä on Saturdays from December 17.

Air Baltic flies from Riga to Kittila until March 11, and Lufthansa from Munich to Kittila until March 25.
