The city has planned to demolish the house for sale, but the Lahti museums have opposed it.

The city of Lahti put a house located at Möysänkatu 3 in Lahti. The house is one hundred years old and in poor condition.

The house is sold through a tender of € 10,000. The house is on sale at auction.com.

The city of Lahti has long planned to demolish the dwellings of Möysänkatu 3 and the adjacent Möysänkatu 5. Lahti Museums have opposed the demolition. Möysänkatu 5, a office space at Lahti VPK, is not for sale.

A potential buyer is required to repair the house. The graffiti that caused the grip must also be removed from the wall.

The city leases the owner of Möysänkatu 3 for a building around a thousand square meters of the building.

If there is no buyer for the house, the city must also consider the demolition options again.
