Päijät-Sote’s digital services have brought smoothness to the health services of the residents of Hollola, Asikkala and Padasjoki. Help from a general practitioner has been received in an average of 17 minutes. More than 3,500 conversations have been held at the digital clinic.
You can get help from the digital clinic, for example, with sudden stomach, eye, skin and upper respiratory symptoms.
Digital services are mostly used by people under the age of 50, but according to Päijät-Sote, people over the age of 60 have also found the service to work well. Their share of the discussions held in the Hollola, Asikkala and Padasjoki area has been around nine percent.
Harju health customers have been using the digital clinic since the beginning of last year. During its operation, more than 65,000 conversations have already been handled in Harju health.
