The public event will take place on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Among other things, you can try flagging for free. You can also buy the necessary licences at Kuusisaari.
The whiting lipping and roe collection starts on Saturday 15 October at 16:00 and runs until Friday 28 October at 16:00.
Licences to catch migratory catfish are sold in Oulu’s Kuusisaari to those who have paid a fishing fee. Lifts can be rented if you do not have your own equipment.
Dogfish and unreleased fish caught in the trap become the property of the trapper. Female breeds shall be handed over to be rotting for the purpose of eradicating migratory fish.
