– I am happy to have been able to pursue this career as a singer for so long. I have met great people and great artists,” Koivuniemi says in an interview.
– I have gained a lot from music and I can already feel good about making room for younger people. According to Koivuniemi, travelling to gig venues was already becoming a burden for him. The decision to quit his career matured during the corona period, when he was forced to let go of his work because of restrictions.
In his career, Koivuniemi made, among other things, one record that sold double platinum, one platinum record and 13 gold records.
