During the fall, energy expertise workshops are organized for Päijäthämälä housing associations. The four workshops aimed at improving the energy efficiency of buildings were immediately fully booked.

The workshops are part of the city of Lahti’s \”Climate-wise house building\” project, whose practical implementation in the form of workshops is the responsibility of Kiinteistöliitto Päijät-Häme ry.

A total of thirty housing associations will receive guidelines for the systematic improvement of energy efficiency. The project, which started last year, will end in November 2022.

A maximum of 100,000 euros is available to increase the climate understanding of housing associations in Päijäthämälä. The project is funded by the Ministry of the Environment. Energy experts from Motiva Oy and representatives of Suomen Talokeskus Oy bring expertise to the project.

The last two workshops will take place on October 10. Due to the great popularity of the workshops, Kiinteistöliitto Päijät-Häme plans to continue organizing workshops in the future as well.
