Comic book world and Finnish murder history on stage

Fingerpori, a comic strip based on misunderstandings, mispronunciations and ambiguities, among other things, moves to the Kemi Theatre stage.

Fingerpor is threatened with forced annexation to Kemi and Mayor Homelius hires Heimo Vesa to film a video diary of everyday life in the unique town. This is intended to convince decision-makers that Fingerpor’s distinctive population and culture deserve to retain their independence.

Another of this year’s premieres is Elli Immo – A play about the book that opened the murder investigation.
