Stasevska quietly extended his contract in Lahti until the summer of 2025, but he is currently busy with work in the US and the UK.
He is increasingly busy with top international orchestras, but recently he also agreed to stay in Lahti until July 2025.
Stasevska joined Sinfonia Lahti in autumn 2021 and says that her relationship with the orchestra is warm.
– Sinfonia Lahti has a string section that is infinitely superior in Finland and the world. It has a kind of Central European warmth and spontaneity. It’s been a very wonderful two years,” says Principal Conductor Stasevska.
