The purchase price of the property is estimated at EUR 35.7 million.

The City of Lahti has found a buyer for Jalmar, a rehabilitation hospital in the Salpausselkä region.

The property is to be sold to Swiss Life Asset Managers Transactions AS of Switzerland. The purchase price is EUR 35.7 million. The Lahti Corporate and Facilities Committee will decide on the sale on Monday 17 April.

The land lease agreement for the transaction will be decided by the Urban Environment Committee on 25 April. The implementation of the arrangement is conditional until the decisions on the sale and the arrangement become final.
