The current director of Kuopio City Theatre, Tommi Auvinen’s term of office ends in 2024.The director’s responsibilities include programme planning and ensuring the financial balance of the programme and the achievement of operational objectives.
The total salary of the Director of the City Theatre is around €5 900 per month.

Kuopio is now also looking for a new director for the music center. During the search, which ended on Tuesday, 18 applications came in for the position.
