Posiva will not continue as a tenant of Vuojoki Manor

The nuclear waste company Posiva gives up renting the Vuojoki manor, but plans to continue using the manor’s services.

Eurajoki municipality owns the mansion. The municipality’s goal is to develop the manor into an even more visible and attractive tourist destination and venue for public events.

The municipality has already decided to invest one million euros in repairing the manor’s bridge and connecting the manor to geothermal heating.

Posiva financed the renovation of Vuojoki Manor in the early 2000s and has been the main tenant of the manor for twenty years.
