The Kellokas of the Year award is the highest award given by the Association of Rural Tourism Entrepreneurs to a company or person for particularly meritorious activities in the field of rural tourism.
– I will soon be forty of these years as an entrepreneur, so these mornings have been spent on tourism, points out Timo Niinimäki.
The awardee’s actions for the benefit of rural tourism both regionally and nationally are taken into account in the selection. Attention is also paid to the sustainability and quality of the business and to networking with other entrepreneurs in the area.
– This is a way of life, you get pleasure from this. This is based on the fact that the customer will come again, says Timo Niinimäki.
