Päijät-Hämeen Ateriapalvelut is asking its owners to strengthen its capital with 800,000 euros. The company’s largest owner is the city of Lahti.
Lahti is considering strengthening the capital of Päijät-Hämeen Ateriapalvelut.
The city is the company’s largest owner and it plans to ask another major owner from the Päijät-Häme welfare area for an opinion on capital strengthening.
The board of Ateriapalvelu proposes to its owners a capital increase of 800,000 euros. The city’s share would be 455,000 euros.
The meal service’s income streams have changed when it lost the customership of the Päijät-Häme welfare association in the tender to Attendo. The meal service’s biggest customer is now the city’s cultural organization.
Confirmation of the capital and the city’s participation in the company’s possible share issue will be discussed in the city council on Monday.
