The winner will be chosen from among ten works. The winner will receive €5 000.
A recognition prize of €5 000 is awarded to a national author for a meritorious comic book album produced alone or in collaboration with another party.
In 2022, around 70 domestically produced comic albums were released. A total of 54 of these were nominated.
The four-member selection committee set up by Tampere Kuplii ry found the standard of the works to be high and the selection difficult.
