Two million euros will be invested in the factory located in Järvelä, Kärkölä.

Koskisen Oyj, listed on the stock exchange in November 2022, is investing in a new lathe line at the Järvelä plywood factory.

The new spindleless lathe line will be built alongside the current lathe lines. The price of the investment is two million euros, and the installations are scheduled to start in August. The new lathe line is supposed to be commissioned at the end of the year.

The new fully automated lathe line enables the use of a smaller log diameter than before in the manufacture of veneer.
