I myself have found the best method to be regular follow-up cleaning. Once a year I go through the accounts I follow on Instagram, and unfollow profiles whose content causes me to make unnecessary comparisons. I have completely given up on TikTok.
I don’t think bodygoals thinking will increase my well-being, but I prefer to follow people who are passionate about open swimming, literature and good food.
