In the themed workshops of Kainuu children and youth cultural center Kultura and the city theater, children learn about a foreign culture through various arts.
The program includes, for example, art exhibitions, storytelling, painting and music.
The activity has been supported by the central fund of the Finnish Cultural Fund.
