The temporary change will come into effect automatically on January 1, 2023 for Oomi’s current customers who have a fixed-term contract or a Permanent or Continuous contract that is valid until further notice.
The electricity sales company Oomi says that it strives to ease the challenging situation of its customers, despite the fact that it does not have its own electricity production.
Oomi will reduce the price of electricity for its consumer customers to 24.9 cents per kilowatt hour for the first three months of 2023. According to the company, the price reduction applies to a significant number of customers who currently have a more expensive price.
The change will automatically enter into force on January 1, 2023 for Oomi’s current customers who have a fixed-term Fixed contract or a Permanent or Continuous contract that is valid until further notice.
The lower price applies to customers’ current locations with a valid Oomi electricity contract concluded by December 22.
According to the company, customers of Oomi’s exchange-priced contract can also switch to a non-term Duration contract at the calculated price in the Oomi Online service if they wish.
According to the company, the decision was made this week, when the overall picture of the company’s operating year was confirmed and the conditions were met to take measures.
According to Oomi’s press release, the price reduction is made possible by successful risk management, a decrease in electricity consumption resulting from customers’ savings measures, and successes in the company’s solar and bicycle leasing businesses.
