People began to bully the seal that was thought of on the beach – the rescue service had to make a hard decision
People’s activities may have endangered the survival of the six in nature.
Kuutti, who came to the beach in Kotka, had to be moved to the Korkeasaari Animal Hospital.
The gray seal, or Kuutti, who came to the popular beach, began to arouse a lot of interest among local residents.
However, according to the Kymenlaakso Rescue Department, people have disturbed six. People photographed six, approached it too close and even took the dogs to smell the boy, the rescue service says.
According to the rescue service, harassment is likely to have prevented the six mother from returning to her son.
Therefore, Kuutti has had to be transferred to Korkeasaari Animal Hospital. Wildlife experts suspect that people’s activities may have endangered the survival of the six in nature.
The rescue service wants to remind you that wildlife must be given peace. Animals in nature do not need people’s help or follow unless they are injured or clearly in distress.
