The convicted person convicted of the Lahti incineration previously burned the mall – a large criminal history with the authors

In Kujala, Lahti, those who have been committed to homicide and money laundering have been making crimes for over a decade.

Men convicted of gross robbery and murder in Lahti Kujala have a long history of criminal history. Also, those convicted of money laundering have a criminal background.

Yle received judgments from the Päijät-Häme District Court, in which the six convicted of the Kujala case have been accused. The judgments are from 2013-2024.

Two of them have previously been convicted of the arson of the Mukkula shopping mall. At first, the district court found the men innocent, but the Court of Appeal sentenced them to absolute imprisonment in March 2021. The men received three years and seven months and two years and three months.

Many entrepreneurs lost their office in Mukkula’s arson. Four entrepreneurs told Yle in 2023 how they survived:

In the case of Kujala, the first person convicted of a mall was awarded for more than 11 years, for example, for murder. One of them was fined for money laundering when he withdrew from the victim’s robbery from a bank account.

Already in 2015, the first of the men was sentenced to the destruction of the destruction when he set a fire in the Lahti, a block of flats in the apartment block. The fire posed a danger to the residents of the apartment and the house.

Another Ostari Burns received 2017 conviction for aggravated assault with two other men. The men caused the victim a cerebral hemorrhage that required surgery.

In the other respects, in the case of Kujala, the crimes convicted are less severe, but the list is long: numerous pimples, theft, mild drug offenses, assault, damage and other minor offenses.

Kujala’s main factors in dissatisfied judgment

A 69-year-old man died last summer in Kujala, Lahti, when four men robbed him violently. At the end of the robbery, they set the victim’s detached house on fire and left the man to death in their home.

The Päijät-Häme District Court sentenced four main factors to 11 years and three months’ imprisonment. The other two people received a fine for money laundering when they received and raised money from the victim.

The judgment is not final with regard to the four main factors. They have reported their dissatisfaction with the judgment and have until April 22nd they have time to appeal against their judgments to the Court of Appeal.

In the case of money -senteners, judgment is final.
