In the most interesting TV and film productions of the moment, women are seen in many different lights:

They are pioneers and glass-breakers who have changed history. On the other hand, they are mothers, artists and girls just learning to live. And they have formed a notorious criminal gang!

1. Women of the Finnish Cultural Field will come up in the new documentary series

Common six -piece * Women First * documentary series presents the role of women as cultural editors in Finland.

All episodes of the series were published on Women’s Day on March 8 at Yle Arena.

2. Girls learn the steps to life by skating

– When we are on the ice, it’s a statement, says one of Harlem’s skaters.

Harlem Ice, a five -part documentary series on Disney, follows the girls of the FigureSkating in Harlem * Skating Community.

The girls of the Figure Skating in Harlem community are preparing for the Figure Skating Championships. The most touching thing about the series is the friendship between the girls.

The aim of the New York Harlem district is to help black girls not only in a skating career but also to succeed in their studies and to strengthen confidence. The community wants to provide a snack for life, especially for girls from poor families.

In a beautifully described documentary series, girls’ development, growth and friendship can be followed at close range.

He was elected President of Iceland in 1980. The series tells the story of a woman who does not adapt to the prevailing standards.

6. New from the author of the hit series: a female crime spree in Victorian London

The couple dressed solemnly participates in an elegant dinner event in a historic environment.
The A Thousand Blows series looks at the London 19th -century underworld in the eyes of the margin: one of the key characters is Hezekiah Moscow (Malachi Kirby), who experiences constant discrimination.

In addition to London’s merciless underworld and criminal cavalry, the series also strongly follows boxing circles.

The documentary, compiled by archive material, was released on the dawn of the US presidential election in October, perhaps as a statement to the election.
