Competition of work has had to be suspended. More accurate plans are needed to build an accessible pier on the beach.

Möysä beach park work will be delayed in late summer.

The park has been designed, among other things, for green, street, stormwater and outdoor lighting, which was supposed to begin in the spring in April.

However, project tendering had to be suspended.

According to the ELY Center in Häme, the plan for the unobstructed beach for the beach must still be clarified.

The requirement means re -competing, and it is not until mid -August to get to work. Originally, work had to be completed in late June.

During the competition period, the city did not have any time to receive any contract offer.

Accessibility reforms are part of a major renovation in the area. Accessible parking spaces are coming to the parking area.

During the work, a new volleyball field and a local sports ground will also be made for the beach. When the work begins, the work will affect the use of the beach and the area’s traffic arrangements.
