– According to the weather maps, there is a little colder air in Eastern and Central Europe. Thus, high concentrations of fine particles may be due, for example, to normal traffic, industry and the fact that houses are heated with wood and coal. The particles now just happen to pass here to us and thus weaken the air quality in Finland, Suhonen tells Yle.
