Finland is becoming a class society, where no one cares about the education of the man in the street, says Aleksis Salusjärvi in his column.
There are 64 000 marginalised young people in Finland. In addition, 350 000 young people are on the brink of exclusion.
– These are the people who don’t participate. From their point of view, you can legitimately ask: is the culture broken?
