The Municipal Board approved the lease of Kivitipu to Lappajärvi Loma-Golf after voting
The hotel is about to get a new owner. The rental period starts in April.
The Kivitippu spa hotel, bought by the municipality of Lappajärvi in November, is about to get a new owner.
The Lappajärvi Municipal Board approved the lease of Kivitipu to Lappajärven Loma-Golf Oy.
After the discussion, Ollila proposed that the contract between Loma-Golf and the municipality be renegotiated. In the end, the Municipal Council approved the basic proposal by a vote of 4-3.
The steering group appointed by the municipal government has previously negotiated the renting of accommodation facilities in Kivitipu to Loma-Golf. The rental period starts in April.
The rental includes all hotel rooms intended for accommodation, lounge, reception and sauna facilities as well as the necessary office space.
Separate agreements are made for restaurant operations and other operations.
