Salary harmonisation brings a retroactive salary increase for Päijät-Soto staff

Päijät-Sote has spent a total of EUR 7 million on harmonising internal salaries in different years.

Päijät-Sote will spend around EUR 1.4 million on salary harmonisation this year.

The internal harmonisation of salaries within Päijät-Soto has been completed.

€850 000 will be used to harmonise the salaries of health care staff. Salaries will be increased retroactively by €20 from the beginning of this year.

In turn, €550,000 will be allocated to harmonising salaries in the social and health care sector, with a €20 retroactive increase in the salaries of community nurses and supervisors from 1 January 2022.

In terms of administrative, expert and office tasks, 15,000 euros will be used for harmonization.
