The company filed for bankruptcy on Thursday 10 November. All events and any cancellations will be announced separately.
Event organiser RH Entertainment Oy has filed for bankruptcy on Thursday 10 November. The company announced this on its website.
RH Entertainment’s low profitability in the summer of 2022 and the resulting turnover drove the company into liquidation in the autumn. The district court opened the reorganisation proceedings against RH Entertainment Ltd on 20 October.
According to Huhtala, the autumn event sales were successful and largely profitable, but the financial model for the company’s restructuring proved impossible.
– We had to conclude that there are no possibilities for the continuation of the operation, Huhtala continues.
Future gigs uncertain
According to RH Entertainment’s press release, all events and their possible cancellations will be announced separately.
The company’s events include, among others, the Hard Christmas tour and Blind Channel’s ice rink concert in Helsinki.
– We will inform you soon. Keep your tickets, Hokka writes.

RH Entertainment is asking the district court for an urgent decision on bankruptcy. The company wants a liquidator to be quickly appointed to the bankruptcy estate, who can agree on the organization or cancellation of future events and other continuation of operations.
– Making this decision has been very heavy and difficult. We are truly sorry for the trouble and inconvenience caused by this to our customers, our staff, our customers and our partners, Huhtala concludes in the press release.
Filing for bankruptcy will have no effect on the operations of the company’s part-owned companies, but their operations will continue unchanged.
Yle could not reach RH Entertainment CEO Riki Huhtala to comment on the matter.
