The district court of Päijät-Häme has granted an extension of three weeks for the preparation of Kymi Ring’s restructuring program proposal.
Kymi Ring oy has applied for additional time to prepare a restructuring program proposal. Originally, the restructuring program had to be submitted to the district court no later than October 28, 2022.
The district court of Päijät-Häme granted an extension of the deadline on Thursday. The renovation program proposal must be submitted no later than 18 November 2022.
Kymi Ring has several creditors
Kymi Ring oy applied for corporate restructuring in July. The company has a total debt of approximately EUR 24.7 million. The company’s application has been supported by WS Finance Oy and Nordea Bank Oyj, whose receivables total approximately EUR 7.9 million.
Kymi Ring’s other biggest creditors are A. Ahlström real estate Oy with around 12 million euros, Lahti Events, the event company of the city of Lahti with 2 million euros, and Suomen Kuntaperintä Oy with 0.5 million euros.
Among the creditors are also Macra Oy and Maanrakennus Pekka Rautiainen Ky, which filed for bankruptcy of Kymi Ringi.
