Salary negotiations for ski center and program service employees have ended without results.

The Service Industries union PAM, which represents the employees, and the Travel and Restaurant Services MaRa, which represents the employers, negotiated closely last week, but did not reach an agreement on the level of wage increases.

– PAM’s goal was to reach a salary solution in the negotiations, which would secure the purchasing power of the employees and the attractiveness of the industry. I think it is quite a reasonable goal, he says in the press release.

Since no agreement was found, the ski center and program service industry is in a state without an agreement from the beginning of November. During the period without an agreement, the provisions of the old collective agreement apply until a new collective agreement is concluded.

The negotiating parties will start new negotiations regarding collective agreements in November.
