The Administrative Court finds that Kärkkäinen has no right of appeal in the case.

The Administrative Court has decided not to hear the appeal filed by the department store chain Kärkkäinen against a land contract in Lahti.

The case concerns a dispute between Kärkkäinen and the City of Lahti, in which Kärkkäinen claimed that the City had promised the company a plot of land in the Pippo-Kujala area for a new logistics centre. The city has concluded an agreement with Fazer, which will build a new confectionery factory on the site.
