The company’s debt repayment program is strict. The company has discussed the program change with one of its major lenders, the city.

Lahti Energia and the city have held discussions about changes to the company’s loan management program. The city is one of the largest lenders to the energy company.

The city lowered the company’s dividend target for next year to one million euros. Income was reduced so that Lahti Energia can repay its loans after a large power plant investment. This year, Lahti Energia will pay five million euros of its profit to the city.

Haikarainen says that the current repayment program is strict. If the discussions with the city progress to measures, it could be, for example, extending the loan repayment period.
