The morning also seems calm in Vartius, because there was no outgoing or incoming traffic as soon as the border opened.
The border informs that tourist visas are not canceled as a rule, but are dealt with on a case-by-case basis, and entry to the country is denied.
The Vartius border crossing is open from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Opening hours have already been limited due to low traffic.
