The accommodation facility Kalle’s inn in Raippaluoto has a new owner – Ekman Systems develops the facility with meeting and business functions in mind

The original price for the object was 2.5 million euros. The new owner has not paid that much, but the exact transaction amount is not disclosed. The site requires real estate renovation.

Kalle’s inn, located in Söderudden, Raippaluoto, has been sold. The new owner is Vaasa-based office equipment and supplies supplier Ekman Systems.

The new owner’s plans are to develop the area and offer companies and communities meeting and recreation activities. Activities aimed at tourists will also continue.

– The transaction amount is lower than what has been presented in the public, because it costs money to renovate the object.

Ekman states that the deal did not come about on the spur of the moment.

– Yes, the deal has been discussed for a long time, the decision was the result of a long consideration.

The goal is to open the doors to customers again in the spring of 2023.
