The price of a liter of diesel starts at number one in some places in Lahti – even a petrol truck is very close to two euros

In Finland, the average price of diesel was over 2.5 euros at its highest in June.

The drop in the price of fuel can be seen in some places at filling stations in Lahti. According to the website Polttoaine.net, diesel has been available at least on Monday and Saturday from some stations for a price of just under two euros per liter.

The price of a liter of 95-octane gasoline has also fallen very close to two euros in Lahti in recent days.

The information on the tracking site is based on user notifications. According to Statistics Finland, the price of diesel was at its peak at the end of June, when its average price was 2.53 euros.
