The construction of evacuation facilities for the next expansion of Päijät-Häme Central Hospital will start in the fall.
Based on the tender, the construction of escape facilities will cost more than 10 million euros. The welfare association received two bids for the contract. Lujatalo Oy, which made the cheapest offer, is presented as the project management contractor.
The escape facilities will be ready at the end of next year.
Evacuation space is created for the needs of, among other things, the children’s clinic and the neurology, internal medicine and lung disease wards. About 8,000 square meters of evasion space is needed.
