The strike warning applies to ten 24-hour serviced housing units in Häme

In addition to strike warnings, a ban on overtime and shift changes is already in effect in the social service sector.

The private social service industry has been given a strike warning on Thursday, May 4, as well as Talentia and Jyty.

The five-day strike warning applies to 24-hour serviced housing units. There are a total of 26 Attendo, Esper, Mehiläinen and Pihlajalinna 24-hour serviced housing units in Lako’s area.

The scope of the hoivakotie strike includes all work performed in 24-hour assisted living facilities, where the collective agreement of the private social service sector is observed.

In Hämeenlinna, the strike warning applies to Attendo Villa Tavastia, Esperi Hoivakoti Teerimäki, Hoivapalvelukeskus Hoivia and Mainiokoti Larin Kyösti.

In Päijät-Hämee, the strike warning applies to Attendo Kaisla in Sysmä, Attendo Kehräämökoti in Orimattila, Attendo Kilpiä in Lahti, Attendo Kotisalo in Hartola, Mainiokoti Kultakaari in Lahti and Mainiokoti Vilja in Hollola.

The reason for the industrial action is that the negotiations on the collective agreement in the private social sector that took place during the spring ended without results on April 30.
