The motor track and pit building are located in Iitin Tillola.

The aim is to sell the assets of the bankruptcy estate by the end of August. Preliminary inquiries have already been received, but binding offers still have a long way to go.

The assets of the Kymi Ring oy railway company, which went bankrupt two weeks ago, have attracted interest both in Finland and abroad.

According to Penttilä, more buyers are currently being surveyed.

– We are going through those who were interested in the renovation phase.

After the initial phase, the intention is to screen those who are more seriously interested in the railway company’s assets. The property is a pit building and a motor track with its structures in Tillola, Iitin.

– Later, we will start discussing price estimates that could make the deal happen.

Before the sale, binding offers are collected from prospective buyers.

Trustee Tuomas Penttilä says that the assets of the bankruptcy estate are to be sold by the end of August.
