The new director of Åbo Svenska Teater (ÅST) has been elected.
The board of Åbo Svenska Teater elected a new director at its meeting on Tuesday.
Pohtokari has worked as a director and artistic director of the Student Theater in Helsinki, among other places. Currently, Pohtokari is participating in the Själarnas ö production of Svenska Teatern in Helsinki, says ÅST in its announcement.
In Turku, Pohtokari participated in ÅST’s Myrskyluoto Maija in 2016.
