The euro wafers on the back of the wrap will also be seen in Liverpool.

On Thursday, Yle revealed details of the performance that will take Käärijä to the World Cup. Among other things, the old familiar Euro songs will be included. They got a huge social media response.

The Liverpool performance included dancers, a “pig train” of performers, false teeth, neck braces and a green bolero that recently made an epic disappearing act. These didn’t upset the fans, but the announcement that the Eurovision Song Contest was to be held on the Euro stages made many people’s heads spin.

– The fans in the international groups don’t know what the big deal is about Euro stages, but I guess there are no Armenian grandmas in them, one commented.

The same genre continues in other comments.

– I guess there’s freestyle wrestling there and no euro stages at all!

– Couldn’t those euro pallets be replaced with something?? Or at least paint them. Nobody outside of Finland understands them, plus they are really cheap! 🙄 The wrapper is the best though!

– Hell no, Yle. Euro pallets. Really stop it.

– Of course, there are always many views. After all, there isn’t a show that someone doesn’t disagree with. We are very satisfied with the performance and we will manage with it.

No more details about what is to come are forthcoming from Autio.

– Isn’t that list published on Instagram enough at this point?
