FC Lahti is aiming for a final place in the Finnish Cup

FC Lahti, which is playing a difficult season, is looking for a boost from the semifinals of the Finnish Cup.

FC Lahti is hungry for success in the Finnish Cup.

On Wednesday evening, FC Lahti will play the semi-final match of the Finnish Cup against Kuopio Palloseura at the Lahti stadium.

Head coach Mikko Mannila describes the match as a great opportunity to fight for victory. Goalkeeper Antonio Reguero is out of the lineup due to a red card received in the previous cup match.

The semi-final spot is FC Lahti’s ninth in the history of the Finnish Cup.

The winners of the semifinals get to the final match, which will be played after mid-September at the Olympic Stadium.
