Water quality was monitored at the environmental administration’s 36 observation points off Ostrobothnia and Central Ostrobothnia last year. There were three measurement points in the Tankari area. The measurement points did not extend to coastal waters, for example Kokkola bays.
The highest water temperature of the year, 23.2 degrees, was measured in summer off the island of Pietarsaari.
