In the fall, Lahten Talot will consider next year’s rents - rising costs will put pressure on increases

This year’s rents will remain unchanged.

The rental house company of the city of Lahti will decide on possible rent increases during the fall.

The tenants of Lahti Taloj make the electricity contracts for their apartments themselves, but the company pays for property maintenance, heat and, for example, the electricity used for general building technology and lighting.

Lahti Energia said last week that it will increase the price of district heating. Lahti Taloi has about 10,000 tenants.
