The Päijät-Häme welfare area will hire around 200 teenage employees for next summer.

Places for summer workers aged 14–17 can now be applied for through Kuntarekry.

The application lasts until March 19, and the selections will be announced by the end of April.

The duration of the summer work period is two weeks or a month. One thousand euros are paid for one month’s work, 500 euros for two weeks.

The goal is for young people to get to know both the tasks of the industry and the welfare area as an employer.
