The municipality of Siunti rents the spa’s swimming hall facilities, gym and sports hall, and takes care of the outdoor routes.

Siuntion Spa gets a new owner. The Miina Sillanpää Foundation has sold the Siuntio spa property, the lands belonging to it and Lepopirti with its buildings to the Siuntio Invest company.

Siuntio Invest’s sister company Lepolampi continues hotel and restaurant operations in the property. Hotel Siuntio starts its operations at the beginning of May.

The new owner also rents premises to companies and the municipality of Siunti. In the future, various wedding, business and leisure events are also planned to be held in the premises.

The municipality of Siunti rents the spa’s swimming pool facilities, gym and sports hall, and takes care of the outdoor trails located on Högbacken hill on the southern side of the spa and near the beach. The lease is valid at least until the end of 2032.

Built in 1976 and later expanded, Siuntion Spa developed over the years into a center offering rehabilitation and wellness services.

For the past decade, Rantasipi, then Cumulus and finally Scandic, have operated as a hotel business tenant in the spa’s premises.

Lepopirtti, which belongs to the site, was once a resting and recreation place for maidservants acquired by Miina Sillanpää for the Helsinki Servants’ Association. In recent years, various family parties and business events have been organized in Lepopirti.
