The ideation started when Korona increased remote work and the desire for multi-location living. During the spring, it is planned to screen which area can be zoned for mini-apartments.
Kärkölä continues to design the communal mini house area.
The planning gained momentum almost a year and a half ago, when Korona had increased remote work and discussion about multi-location living. Mini-houses of less than 50 square meters, intended for year-round living, have been planned near the garden and nature.
Kärkölä is currently considering a location in the area that would require site zoning. In addition to the old parish, Louhivaara has emerged as a regional alternative.
Skyttä estimates that the matter will be considered by the technical board this spring.
