Yyteri Spa Hotel has big plans – planning permission for renovation

The spa hotel is planning a renovation and additional rooms in a new building.

The future of the Yyter Spa Hotel has been speculated on in the run-up to the busiest season. The leisure hotel closed its doors unexpectedly, with no news for months.

The hotel company’s plans now moved forward on Thursday with a building permit for the renovation. A building permit has been granted for the partial renovation and facade alterations of the hotel. The decision also mentions a new roof terrace and the replacement of the green roof in the restaurant area. The Satakunta Kansa was the first to report the news.

According to Yle, no application for a building permit has been submitted for the additional construction.

Despite numerous attempts, Yle has not reached Mikko Haaslahti to comment.
