The Päijät-Häme District Court has sentenced a minor boy to one year and six months in prison for a serious drug offense committed as a young person.

The imprisonment was sentenced to two years and nine months in prison for the young person earlier in the spring in the Helsinki District Court. The judgments are four years and three months in prison. The Helsinki District Court’s judgment also came from a serious drug offense.

According to the judgment of the Päijät-Häme District Court, the young person bought illegally and held mainly a kilo of amphetamine, over 30 grams of marijuana and over 200 Subutex tablets.

The young person had sold and tried to sell drugs in Lahti, Espoo, Vantaa and Jyväskylä. He earned a total of about € 11,000 in drug trafficking. The substances were on the Telegram application of the store.

The prosecutor demanded a punishment for a serious drug offense because the total amount of drugs was large and the crimes were sought by significant economic benefits. During the pre -trial investigation, the young person admitted that he was guilty of a serious drug offense.

He was also sentenced to lose the economic benefit he received to the state.
