Vääksyn’s Telakkaranta has three construction sites for apartment buildings.

The municipality of Asikkala is looking for buyers for Telakkaranta apartment building lots.

There are three apartment building sites for sale in the disputed planning area on the slope of Telakkaranta, on the shore of Päijänne.

The municipal government is launching a tender for the sale of plots of land.

Apartments for approximately 160 residents are planned for Telakkaranta. The building right plan has 6,500 square meters.

The area is home to a Telakkatupa, which is known to be more than a hundred years old, classified as a locally valuable site. It will be moved to a new location before the construction of the apartment buildings.

Construction work will also be started on the apartment building lot furthest from the property.

The planning decision made by the council last winter was appealed to the Hämeenlinna Administrative Court, which, however, rejected the appeal in the summer.
