Lahti Sandstorm postponed to Saturday

Due to the cold weather, street cleaning will start in earnest on Saturday.

Street cleaning work in the centre of the Gulf of Lahti Sandstorm will not start until Saturday due to the cold weather.

Over the coming days, the sandstorm will remove the sand in the city centre. In addition, the carriageways, car parks, central reservations and light traffic lanes will be washed.

Work will continue as the weather warms up.
