The first anemones bloom
Warm March has accelerated spring blooms, according to the observations of the Nature Association’s Spring Tracking campaign.
The first flowering of the anemone has already been observed in several locations.
The anemones are perceived as a flower of Mother’s Day, as flowering is traditionally abundant in May.
However, according to Aalto, such early flowering is not uncommon.
The blue anemone has also seemed to be early this year. According to the union, its typical flowering time begins in the south in early April. Now the observations have been announced around March 20th until Pirkanmaa.
